My beautiful dress, chosen in 2019 before the pandemic hit. Dawn was so wonderful and helpful when choosing the dress.... We enjoyed trying on a few gowns before seeing ‘the one’. From ordering to collecting, the service was faultless and had by far the most friendly shop assistants compared to a few other shops. I was made to feel very special and it was a beautiful experience with my close relatives to attend with me, I was so grateful for this as my Grandma sadly passed away before the wedding but she saw me try the dress on ❤️🤍 Thank you so much. The ladies are amazing here at Elegant Gowns. I purchased my dress October last year just before lockdown and they... couldn’t do enough for me. During lockdowns they kept in touch via email and as soon as we could come back into the shop they contacted me. This shop is just heaven on earth, you are made to feel so welcome nothing is too much for them. The ladies who own the store are lovely, they have loads of experience and are so friendly and welcoming. They give you loads of time and make you feel very relaxed. I knew I was in safe hands. They have a gorgeous collection of wedding dresses and veils.
We also bought our bridesmaid dresses from here and there are so many different styles and colours.
They stored the wedding dress for us right up until just before the wedding day. The dress was steamed and pressed and ready to go. They also have an amazing seamstress who altered the wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses perfectly. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this beautiful bridal shop! Finding bridesmaids dresses has been my toughest job so far as 2 out of 4 of my bridesmaids live abroad, 1 down south... and only one here so was very happy to find Elegant Gowns . You are made to feel very welcome and not rushed in any way, even with a shop full of girls buying prom dresses. We were all looked after brilliantly. The ladies are so lovely, very helpful and made the job a lot less stressful. They have a gorgeous range of dresses of all styles and sizes and an incredible choice of colours. Me and my daughter went in yesterday to have a look at the prom dresses,the lady in there was so helpful and very... patient, my daughter must of tried on at least 10 but it didn't matter to her as long as my daughter was happy and had exactly the dress she wanted for her special day.There are so many beautiful dresses and styles and prices to suit everyone.would well recommend this shop.Moms please listen to your daughter's get their prom dress months in advance as there was loads of dresses that had already been picked by her school.This shop only allows 1girl from the school to have a particular dress..so know 1 will have the same dress not even in a different colour.Thank you once again my daughter looks Stunning in her dress and she is so happy xxxread more
